Continuing our sheet metal development expansion plans, AAS Ltd took delivery this month of a new Esprit Plasma machine with a bed area of 6m x 1.5m processing metal thickness up to 20mm.  Once operatives Shane and Carl had completed training the new machine was up to speed within a few weeks of delivery.  Working alongside our Safra Guillotine, AAS Ltd are now able to provide a quicker and more efficient 'cut sheet metal process' with the additional benefit of the Plasma providing less waste and a more detailed cut, saving time later on in the production/manufacturing process.

In addition to our 12,000 square feet of manufacturing/office space at Unit 12, an additional 4,500 sq feet has been acquired on the same industrial estate in two more units (Unit 15 and Unit 35).  This expansion to our production facilities allows more space/movement to build additional customer projects and enable the larger projects to be handled more efficiently at our Unit 12 facility and house the latest equipment processes for sheet metal.

To assist Cut and Fold processes AAS Ltd have pleasure in announcing the purchase of a new LVD brake press with a bed usage of upto 4 metres.
